Refreshing A Digital Brand Identity in The Tech Industry and Cryptosphere

LOX Network is pioneering the next generation of smartphone security with a mobile application that uses a dual-NFT model to irrefutably prove device ownership via their proprietary blockchain. Breaking down international barriers with a decentralised blacklist, LOX are enhancing device security and encouraging improved cooperation between owners, law enforcement, insurers, and mobile phone providers.

In 2021, LOX approached Linguakey with the need for a brand refresh—to coincide with their evolution from initial startup fundraising to official mobile application development, launch, and testing. Working in partnership with Chain Adoption, Linguakey were tasked with finding creative solutions to reimagine LOX Network’s identity while staying true to their loyal community of followers as they scaled and widened their customer base.

The Challenge

Having fulfilled its original purpose, by raising awareness, interest, and capital, LOX Network’s website was ready for an overhaul to match the business’ growing aspirations and status. To successfully launch the brand into the mainstream, and attract customers, government agencies, and major corporations operating within the wireless device industry, LOX needed to provide an updated, accessible, and engaging message.

LOX Network has developed their MVP solution using blockchain technology, relying heavily on cryptocurrencies and Web3-compatible infrastructure—including LOX’s own token ecosystem: $LOX. A major element of the rebranding process was to successfully attract newcomers to the world of digital assets and position LOX as a trustworthy and investible brand in an often volatile and still fledgling market.

The Solution

Working closely with Mike Belevstov, LOX Network’s Marketing Manager, Linguakey proposed a new, refreshed website with a look and feel to mirror the business’ ethos. 

Not only would the website enable LOX to enter new markets and demonstrate their ethos, culture, and credibility, it would act as a project cornerstone to house regular content, whitepapers, and strategy to drive mobile app downloads and overall growth.

The LOX Network website project consisted of several elements. Firstly, we needed to identify the overall project scope, the key criterion, and deliverables. Second, the domain structure required reinforcing with carefully considered content, and, lastly, an updated visual design to meet new customer needs.

Mapping out each page to an agreed layout, and incorporating major project highlights, such as the token ecosystem, mission, and values, the refreshed LOX Network website was successfully launched in late 2021. Working in partnership with LOX’s design team, the new branding was applied to all intellectual property upon release. With the website now live, Linguakey transitioned to the next challenge—regular content and scalable growth.

To engage new and existing customers, and to keep them excited about the opportunities LOX provided, we devised a three-point plan to keep business booming. This plan included increasing organic traffic to the newly refreshed website, engaging with the already established LOX community, and targeted PR placements. 

Producing two features a week, in addition to adhoc press releases and video-content designed for all audiences, including crypto newcomers, Linguakey drove successful digital engagement. This in turn allowed LOX Network to focus purely on the development of their technology as we fully managed their marketing campaigns.

The Result

The LOX Network is live, refreshed, and ready to support the launch of all mainstream products. Supported by a clear content strategy, the domain is highly discoverable through organic search methods and continues to improve its SERPs. 

With Lingukey continuing to create new content on a weekly basis, intended to attract, inform, and engage targeted traffic, LOX Network has established a following of over 30,000 users across their Twitter, Discord, and Telegram channels. These accounts are carefully managed, with community advisors responding to active consumer requests which inform the content we create.
